Account Manager - Marketing - IT (4-7 yrs)
- Ensure daily project deliverables, coordinating with all constituents (internal and client teams)
- Provide effective briefs from client team to delivery team (content and design) to ensure output that meets client objectives
- Own and nurture client relationships in a manner that does not conflict with our business goals (efficiency, productivity, TAT)
- Create daily/weekly/monthly project reports
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3 years+ of client management experience (internal and external) preferred, including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
- Good understanding, and emphatic interest, in content marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in managing content projects a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, team-oriented collaborator
