Account Manager - Marketing (5-10 yrs)
To execute projects/day to day delivery of everything that goes out from the organization. Lead a team through various middle level managers/Team Leads and actively consult with clients regarding the challenges confronting businesses pursuing an online/offline strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, increase average order size and visitor loyalty
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding teams to achieve client objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth with existing clients.
- Handle all client communications, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with client deliverables.
- Collaborate with planning and creative teams to develop and execute online/offline strategies.
- Manage program execution and financial performance while ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
- Effectively manage projects, ensuring they meet Cost, Quality, and Timing targets.
- Analyze search data and metrics to guide campaign direction.
- Have basic knowledge of SEM, SEO, Website Development, Social Media, and Content.
- Maintain schedule performance index and cost performance index.
- Ensure strict adherence to the project timeline by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Perform quality checks from project initiation to completion.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members regularly.
Requirements :
- Experience in Client Servicing or Account Management.
- Strong ability to manage large teams efficiently.
- Knowledge of Google Algorithm Updates.
- Ability to communicate technical changes to development teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
