Account Manager - Marketing (3-8 yrs)

Timings - 7pm to 4am IST - US Timings

Account Manager - KRA
1. Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their goals, and providing strategic guidance.
2. Account Management : Manage multiple accounts, overseeing digital marketing campaign planning, execution, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
3. Lead Generation Strategy : Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with the digital marketing team for alignment.
4. Client Reporting and Communication : Prepare and present performance reports, clearly communicate results and recommendations, and proactively identify and resolve client issues.
5. Liaison and Problem Solving : Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
6. Upselling and Retention : Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, enhance client retention through excellent service, and implement strategies to maximize client lifetime value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
- Experience in lead generation, upselling, and client retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with the US market.
