Position Overview:
As an E-Commerce Account Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our online store accounts on platforms such as Amazon, etsy, Meesho and Flipkart. This role requires a strategic mindset and a knack for producing engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development:
Devise and implement strategies that leverage sales-related insights, current standards, and emerging trends to boost sales across our online platforms.
- Promotional Campaigns:
Create promotional offers, ensuring they are accurately uploaded and effectively marketed across all channels to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Content Review and Compliance:
Review all promotional copy and legal disclaimers for accuracy, ensuring compliance with platform regulations and standards.
- Traffic and Marketing Analysis:
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform website maintenance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Sales Metrics Examination:
Monitor sales-related metrics to guide inventory restocking, ensuring product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Performance Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on the performance of existing strategies and the effectiveness of new initiatives, making recommendations for improvements
- Technological Adaptability:
- Stay abreast of evolving technologies in the e-commerce landscape, adapting quickly to new tools and methodologies that enhance account management.
- Account Renewals:
- Manage account renewals and ensure smooth transitions for ongoing partnerships with our e-commerce platforms.
- E-Commerce Platform Management:
Oversee and manage accounts on major e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon and Flipkart), ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
- Continuous Learning:
- Engage in continuous learning about the e-commerce ecosystem to adapt strategies and improve performance across all areas.
Requirements:
- Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce account management or a related field.
- Account Management Skills:
- Proven track record in handling account renewals and managing client relationships effectively.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Flipkart, along with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
