Account Manager - Manufacturing & Healthcare Domain - IT Systems & Technology Firm (8-12 yrs)
Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities:
- Incumbents with exposure in opening new accounts & generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets for Forecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to customers.
- Applicant has to do Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory.
- Exposure in managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Applicants with good exposure in PR Skill, follow up, negotiation and consultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure, competitive Analysis of the market and requirement gathering
- Applicants should be Self-motivator and able to work independently.
- Candidate should have exhaustive experience in Selling OEM product and they have to work aggressively to achieve / exceed target.
- Applicants will be responsible to negotiate with the client for the best deals and exposure in having relationship with OEM (Enterprise IT Products OEM) shall be added advantage
- Candidate who is a self-starter, takes ownership & run business independently this position requires a deep thinker who can come up with new out of box ideas as the market space is competitive and requires innovative approach to win customers is required.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Applicant has to meet the defined SLA for all the challenges, concerns, escalations, queries from the account.
- Applicants who has exposure to identify gaps in work flow and provide necessary suggestions.
- Exposure in maintaining adequate documentation of activities to the Reporting Manager and account.
Sales / Business Skills
- Exposure in IT products Sales (IT Infrastructure Solutions sales which includes Data centre Solution/ Server/Storage/Networking components) to different industry segments is required.
- Applicant should have experience in dealing with Telecom / Large Enterprises accounts.
- Account Management experience in the specified job location is preferred.
- Candidate should have proven ability to interact with C-Level executives.
- 8- 12 years of experience in selling and 5+ years in Account Management.
- Applicants should have worked in end to end sales cycle.
Education qualification:
Candidate must be Bachelor or Post Graduate in Engineering, Arts, Science, and Commerce with Post Graduation in Business Administration. Candidate should have completed MBA.
