Account Manager/Key Account Manager - Enterprise Sales (4-10 yrs)
An account manager (AM) in enterprise sales is a role that involves managing relationships with our key customers or clients of a company. The key accounts are typically the largest and most important clients, and the KAM is responsible for maintaining and growing the business relationship with these accounts.
Responsibilities :
- The AM is responsible for understanding the customer's business needs and goals, Identifying opportunities for the company to provide value and solutions that help the customer achieve those goals.
- Working closely with the customer to develop customized products or services, negotiating contracts and pricing, andensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that the company is meeting the needs of its key accounts and delivering high-quality service.
- Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with the key accounts, and for managing the sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
Skills Required :
- Experience 3+ years
- Enterprise sales include strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Strategic thinking, Business acumen, and the Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once, while maintaining a strong customer focus.
