Account Manager - IT Software Services (4-10 yrs)
Account Manager JD:
- Coordinating operations with other departments working on the same account, e.g., Business Development, Project manager, Developers, HR & different teams on such
- Acting as the mediator and managing the situation in the case of any conflicts with clients
- Plan & Schedule meetings with Stakeholders, & share MOM in case of action items/dependencies/as required.
- Negotiating the terms of any new arrangements in your company's business relationship with the client
- Managing a portfolio of different clients without neglecting any of their needs
- Conduct retrospective with each Account team weekly/monthly to understand challenges and good practices.
- Any resource requirement/ crunches need to be discussed with Management & HR
- Ensure the Project/Product are delivered in a timely manner
- Serve as contact point for key clients and internal teams
- Resolve client's complaints in an effective and respectful way
- Gather, report and communicate Client's feedback on service, technology and product delivery
- Work closely with the project team, in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status, identifying potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- To ensure Daily & weekly status reports are shared with Client.
