Key Pointers:


- Strong exp in selling experience in Banking Space/selling IT Managed Services, Cloud services, Security Products, Security Services like, implementation, internal/external audits and - Domain Specific Software products and applications- like, Core Banking Solutions, Payment Gateways, Mobile Apps, ERPs, CRMs


- Relevant experience in selling products and services to BFSI, PSU, Co-operative Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks in the Western Region.


- Should have the combination of Hardware and Software selling experience


Experience: 7- 10 years of experience in selling and 5+ years in Account Management

Job Title Account Manager Sales - BFSI


Reporting to Regional Manager / Regional Head / GM - Sales


Location Delhi


Years of Experience 7 - 10 years


Key Responsibilities:


- To achieve the agreed quarterly, half yearly and annual targets.


- Cold calling prospects in the assigned territory and focus area.


- Meet at least 4 - 5 prospects / clients on a daily basis.


- Prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly sales activity reports.


- To focus on account farming and hunting (new account acquisition).


- Nurturing good relationship with prospects at the CXO level.


- Tracking Target Vs. Achievements


- To internally interface with presales, billing, commercial team to ensure overall group targets are met.


- Maintain a healthy and cooperative environment in the team.


Candidate Profile:


Candidate should have selling experience in Banking Space. Should have sold Core Banking Solutions (CBS) to Co-operative Banks like, District 

Cooperative Banks or Urban Cooperative Banks. Specialized in selling Products or Services to Leading Private Banks like HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, ICICI Banks or Foreign Banks. Should have proven track record of sales in products and services in the BFSI space. Should have done minimum annual Sales of INR 8 - 10 Crore.


- Relevant experience in selling products and services to BFSI, PSU, Co-operative Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks in the Western Region.

Domain: Banking and Insurance


- Experienced in selling IT Managed Services, Cloud services, Security Products, Security Services like, implementation, internal/external audits and - Domain Specific Software products and applications- like, Core Banking Solutions, Payment Gateways, Mobile Apps, ERPs, CRMs.


- Should have the combination of Hardware and Software selling experience (50:50 or 60:40) to Banks and Insurance companies


- Achieved 100% of the revenue target a year.


- Expert in lead generation.


- Proven leadership skills.


- Experience in building relations at CXO levels.


- Experience in reporting and usage of sales tools.


- Non-Technical documentation skills including presentations.


- Excellent communication (written and oral) in English.


- An achiever and consistent performer.


- Customer centric approach - ability to work closely with customers and build relationships.


- Key Segments: BFSI, Co-operative Banks, Private Banks.


Academics Any graduate with full-time / regular MBA course.
