Account Manager - IT Sales (8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Update daily customer Visits & building up relationships at CXO level both for new & existing customers.
- Should have 360 degree view of the VSAT opportunities/requirements in the Account
- Develop new business opportunities and create sources of revenue generation in the assigned Accounts/Region.
- Capturing and closing the opportunity for VSAT business in the enterprise market
- Act as a SPOC for Customer as well as for order execution, service deliveries as per defined SLA
- Responsible for interacting at the top level and closing the sales deal independently
- Internally work closely with presales, product & service Delivery Team for right Techno-Commercial offer which is as per the RFP and also ensure profitability for Company
- Responsible for handling post sales activities like logging of purchase orders and getting them approved internally,
- Attending to and resolving internal & external customers- queries
- Develop plans to build opportunities pipeline (to exceed 3X order-to-go-target).

- Reasonable Knowledge of enterprise segment and experience of selling into it

- Fair technical Knowledge of Telecom / VSAT solutions
- Fair commercial capability
8 +Years of experience in Sales / Account Management
Candidate should be Graduate Engg (MBA would be an added advantage).
Preferably from Managed Services company or Telecom company handling MS portfolio
