Job Description : Inside Sales Executive (B2B)
We are actively seeking an experienced and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B profiles to join our dynamic sales team at ShramIN Connect Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying valuable opportunities, establishing connections with clients, and generating lead through outbound calls to Enterprises and Placement Agencies.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Comfortable with outbound calling.
- Generating leads through various channels such as LinkedIn and job portals.
- Communicating with customers and making outbound calls to potential clients.
- Client Engagement : Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Scheduling meetings with enterprise customers and conducting follow-ups on a daily basis.
- Building and managing productive, professional relationships with clients.
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements and Skills :
- Proven inside sales experience of at least 2 years in the recruitment/staffing/job portal industry, such as Naukri, Apna, Times Jobs, Just Dial, Sulekha, IndiaMart, etc.
- Track record of over-achieving quotas.
- Strong phone presence and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
