Account Manager - Inside Sales - North America (4-10 yrs)

The Account Manager Inside Sales, North America role is key to driving sales and revenue growth within The Company's Enterprise Business in Americas.
We are currently recruiting ambitious, confident sales professionals with good executive presence for our growing world-class Intelligence Platform GEPii (The Companys Personalised Intelligence Interface) Sales function. This is a key growth area for the organization and you will be part of a strong sales team of individuals. You will report into a VP-Sales and work closely with some of the finest talents in the industry. You will carry personal quotas and will be driving customer engagement at C level.
Role Expectations :
- Achieve/exceed quarterly sales quota.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities which includes but not limited to; pro-active prospecting, Demos, Trials, targeted sales campaigns, qualifying marketing leads, social media selling, and towards achieving agreed business goals
- Negotiate, liaise and communicate both internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the sales process
- Deliver online presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed
- Plan and manage personal territory, business, and customers according to an agreed market development strategy
- Use analytical and selling skills to understand the customer, their business requirements and create a value proposition based on their needs
- Create and manage a sales pipeline of new business which consistently delivers above expectation results
- Maintain and develop existing and potential customers through appropriate personalized value propositions, relevant internal engagements, and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of, customer engagement and experience therefore accelerating business growth
- Conduct oneself in a highly professional and ethical manner, adopting behaviors that enhance the reputation of the company. Act with integrity at all times.
- Monitor and report market and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback for continuous enhancement of go to market strategy
- Selling to US geo Mandatory
What are we looking for?
- You should have a track record of successful business to business sales experience in US Markets with maximum 6 years of selling experience
- Understanding of the end to end sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
- Ability to call within C Level of an organization, identifying decision makers and building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility
- Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build pipeline through individual prospecting, lead qualifying, and cross-selling/up-selling into our customer base as well as targeting potential new logos
- Being a global company we- - re looking for high ethics, integrity, and diversity with a desire to operate as part of a global team
- Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation in the business
- MBA from Premier B School
