Job Role and Responsibilities - Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM)


Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-year min

The primary roles and responsibilities include :

1. Exploring new Business opportunities through the customer database and existing customers

2. Outbound callouts and email interactions.

3. Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications.

4. Route qualified leads to outside sales team by initiating appointments.

5. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

6. Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.

7. Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest.

8. Must have experience in Govt sales and PSU

9. solid experience in Government and GeM tendering process.

Competencies and Skills Required :

1. Must possess good communication skills.

2. Must have good planning and organisational skills.

3. Strong understanding of sales cycle. Strong secondary/internet research skills.

4. Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to an appointment.
