Account Manager/Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Tasks & Requirements :
- Ensure use of technology adoption among field team by coordinating with field / CRM team
- Responsible for creating a Learning calendar in coordination with HR (Content/Timeline) and ensure that knowledge-sharing is executed effectively
- Identifying needs for individual stores and recording all interactions, observations and partner preference so that we can service them better going forward
- Learn more about our partners, understand their pain points and help address internal changes that allow us to eliminate/minimize those pain points internally
- Manage key accounts and relationships with retail points of sale
- Coordinate with Marketing/Sales/Quality team and take requirements from each function, communicate and develop the same with CRM
- Responsible for all the data that gets into the CRM
- Ensures that data that goes in is accurate and updated Dashboards
- Take requirements from various functions regarding dashboards to enable data driven decision making
- Define data / summary reports to be prepared on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate with Marketing/Sales team for driving exhaustive consumer musters with surveys and geo-codes
- Identify new stores, points of sale, etc.
- Research new opportunities, understand the type of relationship and share findings and recommendations with the Sales Office
