Job Title: Account Manager- Enterprise Sales (SMB)

- What We Are Looking For : 

- Minimum 2-5 years of B2B business in Enterprise accounts.

- Should have experience of Account management/ Sales/Business Development throughout in field sales.

- Proven ability to work in time sensitive and target driven environment

- Well verse with local Mkt (Different locations, Markets and Business hubs)

- Should be a MBA/PGDBM

- Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills allow you to interact with confidence and credibility with customers and partners at all levels.

- Should be doing minimum 2 to 3 meetings a day.

- Experience in selling Software as a Service is a plus.

- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals

 Job Responsibilities : 

- Hunting - Responsible for identification of new opportunities, mapping and prospecting them for conversion. Maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business seek out the appropriate contact in an organization. Generate leads and make cold calls at prospective customers

- Account Management: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and grow them into cash cows

- Target achievement on a monthly basis. Responsible for order to collection

- Should have experience of selling to HR or Marketing. Must be having good contacts with purchase teams.

- Experience in selling corporate gifting, lifestyle, apparel, media, facilities management services, hospitality or office automation would be an advantage but not mandatory

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Degree with relevant sales experience of 2-5 years in field sales only.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people at CXO level

- A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading and improving personal knowledge and skills to meet evolving job requirements.
