Amazon Account Manager (Marketplace & PPC)


Key Responsibilities :


Amazon Store Management :

- Create and manage Amazon product listings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with Amazon& guidelines.

- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility and conversion.

- Monitor inventory levels and work to prevent stockouts and overstock issues.

- Implement pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize profitability.

- Manage customer reviews and feedback, proactively addressing issues and enhancing the brand& reputation.

- Manage and create A+ content for the store

Amazon Advertising :

- Plan, create, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products,Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and monitor advertising performance.

- Allocate budgets effectively to achieve advertising goals and maximize ROI.

- Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy and product targeting.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on Amazon trends, competitors, and product opportunities.

- Identify emerging product categories and niches for potential expansion.

- Analyze customer reviews and feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

Performance Analytics:

- Regularly analyze and report on sales, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

- Utilize Amazon Seller Central and third-party analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and trends.

- Provide recommendations for optimizing product listings and strategies based on data analysis.

Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines, including product detail pages and advertising standards.

- Keep abreast of changes in Amazon policies and algorithms to maintain adherence.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist with a successful track record of managing and growing sales on the platform.

- Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms for US & UK audience

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in keyword research and search engine optimization (SEO) on Amazon.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and industry trends.
