Account Manager - Digital Strategy (2-4 yrs)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who breathes advertising and is passionate about bringing great ideas into reality. As a part of the core team, you will be working in a hybrid role which involves strategy + execution and work closely with the CEO and Founder. You'll have a natural flair for engaging with clients to develop productive relationships whilst delivering amazing results driven marketing campaigns that solve business challenges.
As an Account Manager, you will be able to understand your client's pain points and objectives to become a key client partner, offering strategic insight and development of all facets of creative work being produced for your accounts. Developing your client knowledge to offer innovative marketing solutions to specific business objectives, ensuring that we deliver campaigns that perform, whilst remaining on time and on budget.
What will you do ?
- Act as the first point of contact for client's and manage high-level interactions to deliver campaigns
- Understand client's business and objectives; and play a pivotal role in developing creative strategies
- Build and maintain regular client interactions through email, phone, face-to-face or virtual meetings
- Workflow management by liaising with the creatives and external suppliers wherever necessary
- To report regularly and concisely to your clients, walking through the results and analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities
- Account Growth and Profitability - Ensuring that you are never out of the loop on your accounts, that they are stable and the campaigns that we deliver are successful for our clients and for us
- Proactively identify opportunities to add greater value to our clients and work with the wider teams to deliver them
- Financial development - Achieving an agreed % of organic growth YoY for key clients
- Efficiency management - Ensuring projects are delivered as efficiently as possible
- Optimisation - Focus on campaign optimisation to ensure we generate the best results for our clients
- Best Practice - Follow best practices and process set out by the business to ensure work is produced to the highest possible
Over the new few months- you will also :
- Manage a group of large client accounts - onboarding them, providing campaign support and analysis, driving growth and maintaining an exceptional working relationship
- Define and implement growth strategies for key accounts
- Deliver regular reporting, including leading quarterly business reviews
- Identify and deliver projects and collaborations with partners and internal teams
- Build an industry network and be the face of the agency at internal and external events
What can you bring?
Essential :
- At least 2 years experience working within an agency environment and delivering high quality work
- You can come from either a Global or boutique independent digital creative; integrated marketing agency
- You are extremely comfortable with juggling multiple tasks at once
- Competent in presenting and communicating ideas to clients
- A real self-starter and a problem solver with a thorough understanding of brand campaigns and digital
- Demonstrable experience of excellent client facing skills is mandatory
- Understanding of digital marketing practices; including social media, content, SEO, PPC, email campaigns and reporting tools
- Stellar communication - written and verbal as well as presentation skills
- Project management excellence - ownership and delivery
Desired :
- Bachelor's of Advertising, Media, Communication or any related field is preferable
- Some experience on the client-side is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in delivering integrated campaigns based on business challenges
- Understanding of the fundamentals of the integrated marketing
- Keep abreast with the latest trends and best creative campaigns across the industry
- Experience working with large national or global brands is highly desirable
