The client is the world's largest set up in CRM/ Loyalty / Direct Marketing & Channel Marketing Programme. The client is a world leader in the Loyalty program, Employee benefit, & REWARD Mgt Business. It is a Global MNC Headquartered in France with operations in India, UK, US, Middle East & other European countries across the globe.

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS :
- To work along with Account Director on building & sustaining an Advocacy program from one of the leading Automobile brands in India.
- The scope of work on this account icludes an interesting mix of End to End program Management & Planning, Social Media Management, Campaign Planning & Creative Execution.
- The objective is to grow the current program in a planned way backed by interesting data & insights, new & proactive ideas and being up to date with Social Media Trends.
- Client servicing - Managing the current end to end program & reporting. Key KPIs to include Client retention & Driving revenues from existing portfolio.
- To coordinate with all internal/external teams of creative, social media, operations, IT, data & analytics, purchase to deliver services within the service level agreement norms.
- Portfolio Mining - Work & think with the client to devise new initiatives for their relationship marketing programs.
PFB the Skills Required :
- Good working knowledge of MS office, PPT & about loyalty industry. Good Communication skills (MUST) Planning and Execution
- Up to date with knowledge on Social Media trends & Digital Marketing (MUST) Clarity of thought and persuasion skills Creative Appreciation
- Campaign Management, Process Development, and Management, Basics of Mobile Apps, Analytics Customer Relationship
- To deal with large companies & senior clients
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability & keenness to Learn & Understand
- A person should be methodical & organized Deal with various internal stakeholders
