Job Description :
A digital marketing account manager's role is to help clients with their digital marketing campaigns. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet them. Some of their responsibilities include :
1. Client relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and be the main point of contact for digital management matters.
2. Digital strategy : Design and manage digital strategies for clients, including social media strategies.
3. Campaign management : Manage a large number of campaigns, including troubleshooting and optimizing them.
4. Reporting : Track and report on key metrics and business trends, both internally and to clients.
5. Staying up to date : Keep up with the latest digital technology trends, social media, and web analytics.
6. Client proposals : Prepare client proposals and present reports on client progress.
7. Client queries : Answer client queries promptly and efficiently.
8. Collaboration : Work with other teams, including sales and finance, to develop and implement strategies.
