Account Manager - Digital Marketing Operations (3-6 yrs)
We're seeking a driven and organized Account Manager - Operations to join us in delivering exceptional client experiences and operational efficiency. As an Account Manager - Operations, he/she will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining strong client relationships. His/Her focus will be on optimizing internal processes, coordinating project logistics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results that exceed client expectations.
The focus shall be on DIGITAL INTEGRATION
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.
- Understand client goals, objectives, and requirements to ensure the successful translation of their vision into actionable project plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project managers, designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure project execution aligns with client vision.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Proactively identify potential project risks or issues and work to mitigate them, seeking solutions that align with client goals.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Communicate client feedback and project requirements clearly to internal teams, ensuring a shared understanding of expectations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to provide clients with insights and recommendations for enhancing their market presence.
- Manage project invoicing, billing, and financial reporting in coordination with the finance department.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal operational processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a managerial level or in a client-facing role within a digital agency or related field & have handled 360 marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital project management, (including web development, design, and content creation
processes) operations, and client relationship management.
- Years of proven experience in operations management, with a focus on activation or product launch or campaign management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to navigate challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
