Account Manager - Digital Marketing - Cryptocurrency (3-5 yrs)
One of my clients a startup in Cryptocurrency is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with following job description:
Digital account managers optimise a client's online presence through digital marketing strategies. Their duties include creating digital campaigns, monitoring, and measuring the success of marketing strategies. Their goals are to create strong relationships with clients and to help them achieve their digital marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their digital goals.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients.
- Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement.
- Presenting effective digital media strategies and training to clients when needed.
- Analysing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as customer conversion rates and cost-per-click.
- Generate insights and learnings for future strategic plans and channel optimization, analysing data from key data sources like GA, DSP platforms and data platforms and be able to visualize/tell story with data
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
- Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns.
- Keeping abreast with the digital industry.
Requirements :
- Strong experience in managing strategy development, execution/optimization, & reporting in at least one biddable channel (e.g. Any leading DSP, Facebook, YouTube, or utilizing tools like FB Business Manager, Google Ads, SA360, etc.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- A certification in digital marketing management is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as a digital account manager, or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management.
- Proficiency in programmatic platforms like DV360, MediaMath etc
- Experience in working with Google Analytics 360 suite.
- Experience in working with data management platforms e.g. Salesforce or Adobe.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
