Account Manager - Digital Marketing (7-11 yrs)

Client :

- Nurture client relationships by being an effective communicator, proactive in understanding client needs and delivering on client targets.

- Lead digital team's client calls, ensure accurate reporting, and clear plans are presented and executed.

- Work closely with the marketing & sales team to ensure cohesive approach and maximization of ROI

- Introduce client satisfaction measurement matrix/framework and ensure satisfaction levels as per company expectations

Reporting :

- Management reporting to the Executive and respective stakeholders on individual brands performance

- Ensure insight-driven and timely reporting that drives the company to data-driven decision making.

Digital Channel teams :


- Work with channel teams (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO, Content, research and analytics as required) to produce annual and quarterly strategies and road maps for GUS brands proactively.

- Champion the digital teams to clients and the group globally - promote them via newsletters, thought leadership material. Ensure digital teams work is promoted on our website too. Be their front line of defense and promotion.

- Work with partner agencies as required

- Ensure training to digital marketing staff on client relationship handling and management.

- Proven track record of managing a budget and meeting targets

- Proven track record of client relationship management roles

Experience - At least 8 experience in Digital Marketing/Client Servicing

- Substantial experience in leading client servicing team/functions

- Background in digital marketing - PPC and Paid social preferred.

- Background in managing large scale Digital campaigns

- Experience of working in a fast-moving business

- Experienced in managing people with a focus on team wellbeing and professional development

- Experience in change management and implementing new initiatives

- Substantial experience of working in a management role

- Knowledge and interest in technology, marketing, and communications.

- Extensive online marketing experience

- Excellent sales and negotiation track record - Working in an agency

- Working in the public or private education sector (preferable but not necessary)

- Managing a team directly or remotely

- Experience in managing international clients (preferred)
