Account Manager - Digital Marketing (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique business needs, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to each client, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics. Preparing comprehensive reports to showcase the results, ROI, and recommendations for optimization to the client.
- Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and our internal teams, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- Feedback Collection: Regularly collecting feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels, areas of improvement, and incorporating those insights to enhance service delivery.
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Proactively addressing client concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and working towards client retention through exceptional service delivery.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and regularly collect feedback to improve services.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the agency's growth by upselling and cross-selling services.
- Campaign Performance: Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Project Timelines: Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Budget Adherence: Manage client budgets efficiently, ensuring profitability for both the client and the agency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and account management.
- Understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google.
- Working Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind-set with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
