Account Manager - Digital Client Servicing (2-8 yrs)
Client management
- Take briefs from the client, finalise the scope, answer queries and manage turnaround times
- Ensure the client is always updated on the status of projects and campaigns Project management and delivery
- Drive the end to end management and execution of digital campaigns across production teams, ensuring final deliverables are aligned to client brand and technical specifications
- Briefing design jobs, help rationalise designers time and ensure key deliverables are on time
