Account Manager - Customer Success - IT Product (5-10 yrs)
Customer Success Account Manager -Product Based IT Company-Bangalore
Responsibilities and Duties :
- The role will focus on engaging with the key stakeholders at all levels at the client end to understand their business needs and enable to meet the requirements.
- Build stakeholder maps, risk assessments, best practices etc. for respective clients
- Anticipate and proactively resolve any potential issues related to the product or service
- Establish Governance mechanisms with the key stakeholders to review monthly advisory reports highlighting the opportunity areas for the clients
- Publish management reports basis information from Company, Configure the product as needed and take support from IT support team for advanced configurations
- Engage with the clients to ensure that the clients continue to find value in the platform, work with internal leadership and publish NPS survey twice a year
- Issues and enhancements needs to be understood from business side and translated with impact in story format to internal product/support team
- Complete ownership of account and management of P&L, ensure invoices are presented correctly, issues resolved to ensure payment is made within agreed term
Key skills
