Account Manager - Customer Success (7-9 yrs)
Key account management :
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Manage all contract deliveries, expiry dates, terms and conditions
- Ensure timely remittance of invoices, purchase orders basis the delivery and licensing schedule
- Ensure follow ups with the requisite client SPOCs to ensure timely invoice payment collection
- Document Change requests received from the client, coordinate with internal stakeholders and cite a quotation to the client with the effort estimates
- Get client approvals and initiate Change request process & payments
- Weekly updates to the management on Client project delivery, Invoicing status and further mine of sight
Business Requirement Documentation :
- Create and maintain weekly/ monthly/ Annual organization updates
- Monthly and annual client/ provided solution performance report
- Maintaining revenue muster, invoicing and cash flow reports
