Account Manager - Client Services (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Client servicing is a crucial part of the advertising industry. The main aim of this department is to generate more business from the existing clients and also develop the existing customer relationships.
- Responding to client queries and service quotation requests from client base.
- Working with your team members to monitor and achieve the targets towards client, influencing repeat customers.
- Communicating effectively with clients to build strong working relationships, to understand each client's needs, and to provide service options/guidance for their unique requirements.
- Coordinating with various teams within the organization to ensure that our clients get the best possible service experience.
- Identifying market trends and providing inputs for print/website/service positioning improvements to the marketing team.
- Identifying areas of improvements in services/processes and systems.
- Working closely with the design department to help them achieve targets set by the clients.
- Contributing to the market growth by influencing necessary and relevant changes.
- Undertaking additional tasks/projects/initiatives that contribute to the team/organization/market growth
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in BMM OR B.PHARM.
- Experience(in years) Minimum 2 years
- Maximum 5 years
Other Requirements:
- Should have experience working for Pharma Client, Fluent Communication
