Responsibilities
Purpose of the role: Achieve growth in defined territory through distribution management and increasing market penetration.
B. Key responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region.
- Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans.
- Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network.
- Promote new applications/ product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth.
- Ensure distributor compliance with company's policies, branding, etc.
