Account Manager - Business Development - Staffing Services (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead the sales and acquisition of new clients for our Staffing Services, while also ensuring the retention of existing clients.
- Account Management, or Client services in Staffing.
- Must have Client facing capabilities and directly interact with clients to gather new requirements.
- Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in staffing sales.
- Define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing
- Understand and thoroughly assess client requirements, providing tailored proposals and presentations that showcase our customized staffing solutions.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Take the lead in building and nurturing strong client relationships, with a focus on facilitating contract staffing business from development to payment procurement.
- Proactively manage and maintain robust relationships with clients to effectively fulfil their staffing needs within a minimal turnaround time.
- Ensure continuous client satisfaction through diligent quality control checks and adherence to compliance requirements.
