Account Manager - Brand Marketing (1-4 yrs)
- The candidate will play a vital role in our organization by serving as the primary point of contact between our clients and our internal teams.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their brand objectives, and ensuring delivery of exceptional marketing services to meet and exceed their expectations.
- It is a dual-functional role which consists of Client Servicing + Marketing Operations.
Client Relationship Management :
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, share progress, and address any concerns.
Project Coordination :
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the client's brand goals.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time.
Strategy Development :
- Work with clients to define marketing strategies that drive brand growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations on marketing strategies, tactics, and channels.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of marketing proposals and plans.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Regularly assess and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Present data-driven insights and reports to clients, making recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
- Address client concerns and challenges promptly, working with the internal team to find solutions.
