Leading Singapore based Fintech set up requires Manager ( Client service & Brand communication)- Bangalore/ Delhi/Mumbai
One of our client s leading Fintech company which is a 100% subsidiary of a Singapore based company working in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards and Gift Vouchers space. It is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 125 + brands like Levis, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos etc. The clientele spreads across 200 + clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com like HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, Axis Bank, Payback, Paytm, Colgate, Asian Paints, Dell, Havells etc to name a few.
We are looking for Account Manager ( Brand Communication & Client servicing ) for our client office in delhi

Key Result Areas :
- Mgr Client Servicing will become the principle contact person for each client associated with us.
- Ensure that each client is being maintained and supported by us appropriately.
- Responsible for documenting the clients future requirements, which outlines the tasks or projects that they wish to undertake over a period of time.
- Maintain a big picture view for each client and look for growth opportunities for the client in the future.
- Maintain a regular visitation program with our client base with appropriate levels of focus on the various grades of clients within the allocated base.
