Position Summary :
The candidate should have experience working in B2B and should have handled corporate clients.
This position will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets of company products/projects in Commercial establishments. Post-sales service and ensuring customer satisfaction are critical.
The Objectives of this role include :
- Ambassador of the company brand in the commercial market.
- Competition awareness and understanding of their best practices.
- Identifying local opportunities for market development.
- Reporting and compliance with company policies and systems.
- Identifying and recommending new product opportunities based on consumer feedback.
Position Responsibility :
- To expand the institutional business, act as a customers advocate & work with internal departments to ensure the customer needs are understood & satisfied.
- Responsible for the management of sales & relationships with key stakeholders from the commercial segment
- Maintaining positive business relationships with clients, consultants & channel partners for future sales
- Timely & accurate reporting of activities; leads received/generated and sales efforts for updating in the CRM.
- Focusing on dealer network management for larger market penetration, identify potential markets to ensure reach to customer pipeline building
- Canvass for customers, track appointments, sales, customer support
- Attending trade fairs like Solar, Property, Furniture & Textile Expos/ Conducting Roadshows
- Sales prospecting leads; to the search for potential customers, clients, or buyers for the development of creating new business.
- Performing competitive analysis with a focus on products, pricing, and market strategies.
- Working closely with the sales team and collaborating with the internal cross-functional teams for drafting a competitive bid document.
- Extensive travel locally and occasional outstation travel required
