Account Manager - B2B Sales - FM Channel (1-5 yrs)

The channel is available across multiple cities country-wide, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Kolkata with a vibrant, youthful, creative and interactive programming. With the best quality and most quantity of music on-air, constantly playing only the top contemporary hits the channel is synonymous with less talk, more music. Part of a major media group, the company is growing rapidly through acquisitions and headed to be a dominant player in the industry.

The Job :

As an Account manager, you will manage individual sales across identified accounts and build relationships to ensure continued business. Key deliverable include :

- Maximizing sales revenues and achieving given sales & collection targets.

- Make proposals, agreements.

- Promoting and selling advertising space on Radio & Digital platforms

- Organizing on-ground activation for clients brand promotions.

- Negotiating on rates and deliverables of a campaign with the buyers and managers and closing deals.

 Interacting with clients :

1. Creating briefs according to client needs.

2. Pitching of properties.

3. Ensuring timely delivery of briefs.

- Coordinating and integrating with the Programming, Creative and Digital Marketing team.

- Focus on New Business Development, Pure Money, Client Led Activations (CLA), Advertiser Funded Programs (AFP)

 Drive Digital Sales :

1. Understanding of Digital/Social Media Sales: Metrics related to Campaigns like Impressions, Reach, CTR (Click Through Rates), Leads etc.

2. Understanding of Digital/Social Media Pricing: CPM (Cost per Mille/Thousand), Cost per Click (CPC), Cost per Video View (CPVV), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost per Full Video View etc

3. Understanding basic formats of Digital Sales : Display, Video (Pre Roll, Mid Roll, Native, Contextual)

4. Understanding of selling influencers on social media & their relative costing

5. Effective monetization of all social/digital platforms of Fever network

6. Digital sales for Podcast, FabPlay, FabMarket

7. Effective monetization of all social/digital platforms

Experience in handling Direct sales with close client relationships is essential. Direct experience in Digital Media sales is must. This is an individual contributor role.
