Role : Account Executive - Inside Sales Representative
Basic Function :
Customer Account Executive (AE)/Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales Executive's primary duty is the management of Client's Publishing's customers. Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales Executive will be directly responsible for servicing all existing business relationships, securing the renewal of all existing subscriptions as well as selling upgrades and additional products.
The Account Executive is also responsible for generating new sales of Client's Publishing products and implementing and directing a growth plan for their territories in their assigned markets.
Essential Functions :
- Direct Sales Excellence : Take charge of selling direct publisher information products to top universities and institutions in assigned territory accounts. Whether you're a lone wolf or a team player, success is within your reach.
- Active Selling : Engage clients through telephone and email, showcasing your persuasive communication skills.
- Marketing Strategy : Collaborate to shape and execute marketing strategies for your assigned territory, ensuring maximum impact.
- Pricing Mastery : Understand the pricing system inside out and tailor it to suit each unique case.
- Sales Support : Handle all aspects of the sales process, from preparing quotes, administrative tasks, and even setting up trials.
- Customer Liaison : Bridge the gap between customers and order processing, ensuring smooth billing and accounts payable transactions. -
- Data Management : Keep subscription information up-to-date, correct errors, and provide valuable insights for system improvements.
- Technical Support : Escalate technical issues as needed, keeping the sales management in the loop.-
- Account Management : Handle account setup and maintenance, including user profiles, branding, authentication, and reporting.
- Subscription Expertise : Manage subscriptions, extending or stopping product service based on well-thought-out plans.
- Travel : Attend national and international conferences and make occasional customer visits when required.
- Product Knowledge : Become an expert in our client's publishing products and stay informed about the competition.
