Looking for candidates with prior experience of working in B2B sales, account management or similar client-facing roles

Who are we?

Y Combinator backed startup, co-founded by IIT Roorkee alumnus. We help Insurance carriers & brokers automate manual processes, reduce errors and increase high-and-low-skilled employee productivity. We're on a mission to bring intelligent automation to the world and are on the first step of automation i.e. automating document processing.

Our deep learning models convert any type of unstructured data into structured insights. We have implemented our solution for top insurance carriers & brokers in India, also scaling to the US Insurance market, helping them lower costs & reduce time spent on manual data entry.

Whom we're looking for:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or similar client-facing roles.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset in addressing customer challenges.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Familiarity with B2B SAAS insurtech is plus.

- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM.

- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for ensuring client success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the US Sales Pipeline: Account Level deal strategizing to meet pre-determined goals & quotas.

- Deal Maturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.

- Deal Velocity: Active in experimenting with various ideas with a focus increasing the deal velocity.

- Account-Based Sales: Conduct research, present our products/services to prospective clients, articulate our value proposition and address any questions or concerns.

- Contract Negotiations: Ability to do Cost Benefit Analysis to prove ROI for a client and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress against targets.

- Travel: He/She needs to travel to the US during conferences & customer meetings.
