Account Executive


Job Description :

- The candidate will be primarily responsible for generating revenue from business opportunities in the US region. They will be closely working with the Sales Head and working towards winning the business opportunities with regards to the Gumlet product suite.

Responsibilities :

- Being a key contributor to the revenue numbers against the set quarterly targets

- Following up on new business opportunities and taking ownership of the sales cycle from the SQL stage till closure stage

- Navigating prospects through the POC and negotiating contracts within the expected time

- Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Gumlet buying cycle

- At times a candidate is also expected to do end-to-end sales from lead generation to closure, depending on the business requirements

- Consistently work and learn about Gumlet and be an expert on the product value propositions

- Planning and preparing presentations to demonstrate Gumlet value proposition

- Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis

- Provide forecasts on the best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods

- Collaborate with other appropriate internal teams and represent the customers to solve their business requirements.

- Work with various internal stakeholders and achieve team targets.

Skills And Qualification :

- The candidate should be good at relationship building

- Prior experience with end-to-end sales is a must

- Familiarity with Salesforce and Sales Navigator

- Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies in order to improve the closing process

- Self-starter who is able to operate in a hyper-growth environment

Education requirements :

- Possess at least a BE/BTech or equivalent degree

- 2-5 years of prior experience with a proven success track record in deal closure roles in a target-driven environment, ideally in CRM/Saas/High-Tech

- Excellent command of English (understanding, speaking, and writing)
