Account Executive
What you will do :
- Qualify incoming leads
- Drive the process of helping prospective customers through effective discovery calls
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations to articulate compelling value proposition
- Take a consultative approach and present the best possible solution
- Carry out POC and assist the prospect through the evaluation
- Follow up with prospects effectively and drive accounts to closure
- Work closely with product development teams regarding enhancements
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline
- Accurately document all activity in the CRM system
- Own and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and all other types of prospect communications
- Develop effective strategies for winning in a highly competitive and fast-growing industry
- Work with solutions, marketing team, and tech team to create and maintain technical sales collateral and documentation
- Leverage internal product management, operations, and engineering resources to solve prospect needs and issues in the spirit of true team selling
About you :
- 2-4 years in SAAS software sales
- A thorough understanding of how SaaS applications are built and DevOps culture
- Knowledge of Monitoring tools, CI/CD, ITSM tools would be a plus
- Good negotiation skills
- Must be able to multitask in a dynamic environment while working with many teams
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
