Account Executive - Sales - Recruitment Firm (3-7 yrs)
- Actively seek new business opportunities, engage, and build relationships with potential customers within your target markets and ideal customer profiles
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability
- Manage and deliver on sales targets through inbound channels and also by executing outbound sales activities
- Execute discovery calls, conduct product demos, and help customers through the sales process all the way to closure
- Engage with C-suite executives and other top-level directors to initiate and maintain meaningful relationships, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate our solutions to drive business growth
- Tailor and send quotes and proposals for each prospect based on their specific needs
- Work closely with the CSMs (customer success managers) to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Develop long-lasting relationships with new customers and generate additional revenue by upselling and cross-selling
