Account Executive - Sales - Marketing Agency (0-1 yrs)
- The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and a creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities :
Account Management :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly activities, deliverables and timelines to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics - growth across platforms and prepare monthly reports to share progress with our clients.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations through innovative problem solving.
- Ensure the Mantis benchmark is maintained consistently in our deliverables and transparent communication with clients.
Business Development :
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with our partners and other creative talents.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to deliver high quality of servicing.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to show value in our offerings to convert potential clients.
- Stay in tune with trends in media consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Initiatives to build the Mantis brand across social media and other business lead generation platforms.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing & Creative services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or Media Studies.
