Account Executive - Sales - IT (7-10 yrs)
We're hiring a results-driven Sales Account Executive (AE) to execute sales strategies, close deals, and drive revenue growth in India and the US. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quotas, building pipelines, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role requires hands-on execution, collaboration across teams, and a focus on achieving targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute Sales Plans: Develop and implement actionable strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and Manage Pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and close deals, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
- Close Deals: Lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and achieve sales quotas.
- GTM strategies: Execute GTM strategies in India and US working with potential customers.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align strategies and improve execution.
- Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust with decision-makers, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Track Performance: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Mentor the Team: Coach SDRs and junior AEs to improve performance and achieve targets.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- 3+ years of experience (recent) in B2B SaaS products.
- Proven expertise in selling tech tools, integrations, and workflow automation solutions to enterprise customers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
