Role :
- We are looking for a seasoned sales professional someone who is self motivated, can operate with little guidance, is driven by achieving numbers and aligns with company values.
Key responsibilities :
- Acquire new business and deliver on assigned sales targets across services.
- Consultative selling is at the core of the job
- Understand client problems deeply and offer solutions from xto10x services.
- Forecast well and build a pipeline for current quarter and next quarter.
- Paranoid about adhering to processes and keeping sales CRM updated.
- Help build and improve offerings by bringing in outside view to delivery teams.
- Work in alignment with inside stakeholders, largely service delivery teams, marketing, customer success and finance.

- Ability to hustle & grow a business in an uncertain environment, with a strong problem-solving mindset
- And the last but most important point - willingness to learn and drive to succeed. As they say, 'skills' can be taught but 'will' cannot :)
Ideal Profile :
- 3 - 5 Years of Experience in the Sales Domain, Services or SaaS sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving quotas.
- Experience of selling OKRs, HR Advisory, HR Tech is a plus but not mandatory
