Account Executive - Sales (4-20 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the enterprise segment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, C-level executives, and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with business goals.
- Lead sales presentations and negotiation processes to close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Requirements :
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, with a focus on large accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and experience in managing long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior-level executives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tools to manage pipeline and track progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
