The Job:
As an Account Executive specializing in the Loading Dock market for APAC, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in this growing sector. This is a full-cycle sales role, responsible for closing existing pipeline deals, generating new opportunities, and testing product-market fit in diverse environments such as warehouses, airports, and event centers. You'll also collaborate with existing clients and build new relationships across the region.
This role offers a dedicated intern to assist with lead sourcing and pipeline generation and may involve travel across ANZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, booking meetings, and presenting solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with Commercial Real Estate Management companies, Access Control companies, and Parking Software providers.
- Close existing deals in the pipeline while driving new opportunities.
- Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities to refine our approach.
Ideal Candidate:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise deal selling.
- You have proven experience selling to or working with Commercial Real Estate Management, Access Control, or Parking Software companies.
- You have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- You have experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level sales processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach are required to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- You are ambitious and entrepreneurial with a passion for logistics and operations.
