Account Executive - Inside Sales - IT (3-10 yrs)

Looking for account executive - Inside Sales. What we need are people who understand SaaS and SaaS selling. One of our biggest investments in you will not be your pay check, it will be the training we will offer you.
This will be a rare opportunity to manage your pipe line end to end and even move to a customer success mode.
This job will truly make you the CEO of your own pipeline. We are looking for someone that is still hungry for learning and open to coaching.
Our major clientele is in the US, so you will be working US timings.
Key responsibilities
- You will be the first contact point for any new leads. Effectively, also the face of the company. So excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must.
- As an account executive you are also responsible for sales hygiene. This involves logging all activities, making sure leads and opportunities are updated and in the correct stage at all time.
- You will carry a quota and we expect you to hit quota as often as possible. Statistically: the bare minimum is 80% of your quota in a quarter.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the product team when it comes to feedback.
- Take ownership of your pipeline and constantly innovate (we really do mean it when we say you will be the CEO of your own pipeline).
Job requisites
- We are looking for someone with a 3 years experience as an account executive (inside sales). You should have closed business and preferably managed your pipeline from discovery to closure.
- SaaS sales experience is a must.
- You should have worked in the US/Europe markets in the past.
- This is an inside sales position, so inside sales experience is required.
SHIFT TIMING - 1 PM TO 10 PM and 7 PM to 4 AM
