Account Executive - Client Servicing (1-3 yrs)

ROLE :

As an Account Executive, your role would involve effectively managing a group of accounts for the accounts assigned, strategizing for campaigns and client coordination and overall ensuring your team is putting strategies in action depending on the brand strategy, requirements and capability of the team. Overall beyond a team management capability, you'll also be required to troubleshoot, upsell and push for revenue while overseeing the reports generation and ensuring the same are sent out timely. By and large, you'll ensure the relevant training is imparted timely.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

- On receiving client requirements, creating and tracking the daily task lists of each account and ensuring the account schedules are religiously followed

- Organize team meetings to review the account performance

- Interact with clients on a daily basis for concept and strategy approval.

- Attend all client meetings periodically as and when required.

- Tactfully handle client queries and negotiate when required and demonstrate the ability to strategically push- back client if the need be

- Responsible for ensuring the campaign is executed as is planned. Instructing, assisting and guiding the teams to ensure deliverables for each of the accounts are met, provide assistance wherever required

- Posting as per the planned calendar

- In-depth knowledge of the overall brand strategy and ensuring plans executed accordingly

- Making strategy presentations when required

- Overseeing that the Job Status Reports are prepared and sent out every week. Also, making relevant changes to the monthly, media and campaign specific reports, getting it approved and ensuring the monthly reports are sent out before the 6th of every month and others within 2 days of campaign completion

- Ideate for the brand development on social media

- Actively contribute to achieving the team goals set so as to collaboratively impact department performance

- Track and monitor the performance of team members as they progress through their work and skill set, and provide supports such as counselling and extra training, where needed

- Observe timeliness to improve inter-team coordination and thereby strengthen the bond.
