Account Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (3-5 yrs)

Title : Account Executive - Business Development
Shift timings : 12: 30 PM - 09: 30 PM or 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
Years of experience required : 3 to 7 Years
Job Description : The BDM is a critical member of the sales team and will follow up on web leads to qualify, sell and close deals as well as making out-bound sales calls to uncover new opportunities to promote RS's extensive offering of SniperAI, JeevesAI etc. This is a unique opportunity to leveraging your passion for solving customer problems, relationship building, and closing sales to have a direct influence on our growth
What You will Be Doing :
- Reach monthly sales goals determined by the team
- Prospect for new customers and develop relationship
- Understanding of channel and indirect sales
- Targeting accounts for Recruitment Smart through cold prospecting
- Have a robust understanding of sales methodologies and sales forecasting
- Be incredibly structured in your approach to selling, navigating sales pursuits and deal qualification
- Undercover value creation opportunities in our customers- business which can be addressed through our platform, underpinned by a demonstrable business case
- Liaising with Technical teams to ensure we onboard clients in a way that maximises the likelihood of a long term and beneficial partnership
- Conduct regular product demos with prospective customers
- In-depth understanding of sales processes
- Send proposals and marketing materials to potential customers
- Carry quarterly quota in order to reach annual goals
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecast
Qualifications :
The chosen candidate will need :
- 3-5 or more years previous consultative and solution-based sales experience in a hunter role within HR/SaaS space
- Track record of over performance and exceeding quota
- Experienced with selling and comfortable with using SaaS products and keen to learn about new features and be able to conduct end-to-end product demos applying the context the prospect provided you during initial qualification
- Wanting to become a product expert as well as a top B2B sales person
- Must be comfortable cold calling and have excellent communication skills
- Non-aggressive yet persuasive and results focused
- Self-disciplined and highly motivated
- Familiarity with CRM/SaaS/HR space
- Self-motivated and possess a sense of urgency
