This innovation helps optimize underwriting processes, reduce risks, and improve premium accuracy.

Position Overview: As an Account Executive, You'll be an early member of the sales team, working closely with the founder and responsible for driving sales of our AI-powered underwriting solutions to key decision-makers in the US market. You'll play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals that fuel our company's growth. This is a high-impact role where your sales expertise and

enthusiasm for innovation will directly shape the future of AI in underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new sales opportunities: Actively prospect and generate leads in the US underwriting sectors.

- Drive the US Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our AI solutions can address them.

- Lead the sales cycle: From initial outreach to closing the deal, manage the entire sales process including product demos, negotiations, and contract discussions.

- Deal Maturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.

- Deal Velocity: Active in experimenting with various ideas with a focus on increasing the deal velocity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product t eams to deliver seamless customer experiences and provide feedback for product improvements.

- Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep up-to-date with developments in AI, underwriting, and insurance to position as a market leader.

- Travel and event participation: Represent Pibit at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the US.

What We're Looking For :

- Proven sales experience: 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AI, or the insurance industry.

- Track record of success: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for closing deals.

- Relationship builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with AI technology and able to articulate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Self-motivated: Results-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

- Willingness to travel: Willing and able to travel across the US to meet with clients and attend industry events.
