Account Executive - B2B Sales (3-6 yrs)
Job Title: B2B Account Executive
JOB SUMMARY:
As a B2B Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive business-to-business (B2B) sales by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in promoting products or services to other businesses, addressing their needs, and fostering long-term partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition:
- Presentation meetings with Identified B2B clients within the assigned territory or industry.
- Conduct demo sessions with clients to understand pain points, industry trends, existing product use and competitors.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Present and promote B2B products or services to potential clients.
- Customize solutions to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry developments and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
- Share client feedback and market insights with internal teams to drive product improvement and innovation.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Monthly Quotas:
- Hold 30 meetings in a month with potential close opportunities and maintain 40% closing rate with minimum MRR of Rs 4 lacs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven track record as a B2B Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of the company's products or services and their value proposition.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about different industries and client needs, as B2B sales may span various sectors.
Compensation:
- Salary + Commissions + Cash Incentives
