Account Director - Loyalty (6-8 yrs)

Urgent Opening for a Marcom Loyalty company in Noida . should be open to international travel for two to three months for transition of a large MNC Account to India.

Summary:The incumbent would be reporting to the Business Head would be required to lead a team for an International Loyalty Program.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Analyse, design and develop loyalty program.

- Oversee the design of the program and all related features.

- Develop and implement the business CRM & loyalty strategy to improve engagement through various initiatives and promotions.

- Drive growth and development of the Loyalty program to deliver business objectives.

- Communication planning and engagement calendar rollout.

- Overlooking IT development and training of participants.

- Giving creative direction to the team.

- Partner tie-ups for privileges.

- Process development for smooth execution of the program.

- Manage the on-going operations and fulfilment processes of the programs and marketing campaigns, managing the program budgets with responsibility for the program P&Ls and marketing ROI.

- Upsell and find new avenues of generating revenue within the existing account

- Keeping total control on invoicing and collections.

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION:

- Thorough knowledge of businesses and spearheading independent Loyalty Programs.

- Marketing & Analytics knowledge, excellent communication skills, Technical and Managerial experience in designing, developing & growing a loyalty program.

- This role requires a solid background in loyalty programs, an understanding of loyalty principles and an ability to drive enhanced Channel loyalty.

- Team handling exposure and aptitude to handle challenging circumstances

- Candidates with International exposure would be preferred. International Travel would be required at regular frequency.

- MBA / PGDBM is required
