Account Director - Business Development - IT Staffing Services (20-30 yrs)
- Please Note : This position is purely based on Revenue sharing model. There is no fixed salary associated with this role. Agreed revenue will be shared with the incumbents.
It can be done as part time basis as well. Please apply only if you are fine to work on revenue sharing model.
Job Summary :
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the targeted market(s) for staffing industry.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, planning strategies for IT staffing(Perm, C2H,C2C), and growing business through penetration of new verticals and customer segments.
Responsibilities :
- Develop sales in the targeted market(s) for IT staffing industry
- Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and follow-up appointments
- Plan strategies for IT staffing (Perm, C2H,C2C) to win business from new as well as existing customers
- Provide accurate and detailed forecast on weekly/monthly funnel of identified and proposed customers in order to meet or exceed sales requirements
- Learn and develop further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which align with the company's vision
- Be a proactive go-getter in nature and have a willingness to build individual sales pipeline through prospecting
- Grow business through penetration of new verticals and customer segments
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry, market trends, and competitors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications :
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience as a Business Development Manager in staffing industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals
- Ability to present key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations
- Experience in managing the Sales Lifecycle, prospecting, cold calling, and selling to close deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
