Skills Required :
- 2-3 years lead-gen experience in the software space, preferably SaaS or integration experience

- Ability to build client relationships over the phone.
- Opportunity qualification and objection handling.
- Strong needs analysis, positioning and qualification skills.
- Time and territory management.

- The high level of integrity.
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Gmail, Google Productivity Suite, MS Office).
- Sales training and zoho, salesforce.com, experience a plus.
- Fluency in English.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Will conduct outbound calls daily in order to prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts.
- Responsible for building sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding lead generation quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
- Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects.
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
- Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in salesforce.com and Zoho to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping.
- Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.
- Identify innovative outbound campaigns and programs and partner with Marketing and Sales to create and drive these initiatives.
30/60/90 days
Deliverables :
30 days : Comfortably and effectively deliver value proposition. Be able to effectively prospect.
60 days : In addition to 50% quota ramp-up, go through territory analysis and account planning with Account Executives and have regular cadence with them established. You should have all accounts touched.
90 days : Mature in the process of quarterly achieving the set pipeline and revenue generation quota
